Job Title: Systems EngineerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a talented and experienced Systems Engineer to lead an innovate team. You will be instrumental in taking the prototype to final development.Responsibilities
  • Lead the product line, ensuring the transition from prototype to final development.
  • Collaborate closely with the product owner and manager to streamline product development processes.
  • Apply electrical engineering, firmware, and acoustics knowledge to enhance the product design.
  • Conduct data synthesis to provide strategic insights and leadership in product development.
  • Sign off on engineering content with a P.Eng stamp, or be in the process of obtaining it.
  • Engage in international travel for up to 8 weeks annually to support project needs.
  • Interact with clients extensively, facilitating effective communication and project alignment.
Essential Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering.
  • Ability to synthesize data and lead engineering projects.
  • P.Eng certification or in process of obtaining it.
  • Security clearance, with potential to obtain secret clearance.
  • Proficiency in electrical engineering, systems engineering, validation, quality systems, and design.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Multidisciplinary expertise in software, hardware, or both.
Work EnvironmentThe role involves working closely with a dedicated team, including a product owner and manager.
