- Immediate Administrative Assistant position supporting senior management.
- Hybrid role with in office hours on Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays.
- Potential for temporary to hire.
- Provide daily Administrative support in a fast paced environment.
- Calendar management, booking meetings, taking minutes at meetings, travel arrangements.
- Organizing team events and handling logistics for team and client travel and visits including booking rooms and catering.
- Handling conference arrangements.
- Handle communications for the manager including phone calls, emails and preparing communications and required documents for meetings.
- Creating MS Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Handle highly confidently information.
- Other administrative and accounting duties as assigned.
- 5+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant supporting senior management.
- Intermediate to advanced level in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Extensive recent calendar management, including scheduling meetings in Outlook and taking minutes at several meetings, is required.
- Ability to create documents and generate reports.
- Ability to handle high volumes of confidential information and produce relevant documents for meetings.
- A technically savvy executive assistant with experience in the healthcare field is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with ability to multitask, problem solve and prioritize.
