- Designing and executing maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and enhance production efficiency
- Overseeing budgets and ensuring adherence to safety regulations
- Recognizing and implementing process improvements and cost-saving strategies
- Enhancing our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, preferably in paper-based packaging production
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Expertise in SAP or similar CMMS, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Outstanding communication and leadership abilities, with a track record in team development and coaching
