We are on the lookout for an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee a dynamic team of 25 maintenance experts at our advanced packaging materials facility in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This pivotal role involves:
  • Designing and executing maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and enhance production efficiency
  • Overseeing budgets and ensuring adherence to safety regulations
  • Recognizing and implementing process improvements and cost-saving strategies
  • Enhancing our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, preferably in paper-based packaging production
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Expertise in SAP or similar CMMS, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Outstanding communication and leadership abilities, with a track record in team development and coaching
