You'll manage inventory, work with suppliers, support inside sales, help customers, and make sure we always have the right products at the right time.If you like variety, autonomy, and being the go-to person who keeps things running smoothly, you'll thrive here.What You'll Do✅ Analyze stock levels and sales trends to make smart buying decisions
✅ Create purchase orders and coordinate deliveries
✅ Track incoming shipments and expedite orders as needed
✅ Manage inventory health - turns, fill rates, and reducing stale product
✅ Handle product file maintenance and updates
✅ Negotiate returns, specials, freight terms, and rebate opportunities
✅ Monitor market trends and pricing
✅ Support Mines, contractors and walk-in customers with product knowledge, quotes, and order processing
✅ Source special-order materials and assist with project pricing
✅ Strengthen customer relationships and support inside sales
✅ Pitch in with warehouse organization and general team tasksQualificationsWhat We're Looking ForYou don't need decades of experience - you need drive, curiosity, and the desire to build a career you're proud of.✅ College/university education or relevant experience
✅ Experience in purchasing, inventory, customer service, or similar roles
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Confidence in negotiation and vendor communication
✅ Tech-savvy and comfortable with business software

✅ Solid Microsoft Office abilities
