Accountability for the implementation and day-to-day administration of sales incentive and compensation plans. Responsible for supporting the business as a domain expert on CRM, reporting, data & analytics. Learn more atKey Responsibilities:Aligned to specific therapeutic areas, you will develop in-depth team-specific knowledge to support sales incentive, reporting (Qlik) and CRM implementation. As the key link between the business and data/IT, you are responsible for clearly and accurately translating business requirements into technical requirements, inputting into Jira (or similar) for IT execution, then testing and validating.You will collaborate with the business and the data/IT teams to:
  • Implement and administer sales incentive plans including incentive measurement, forecasts, target setting, monthly reporting and processing sales incentive payments
  • Maintain, support, and contribute to the advancement of our commercial reporting platform (Qlik) to support measurement process and provide operationalized reporting across all syndicate and proprietary data sources
  • Maintain, support, and contribute to the advancement of CRM system capabilities to support key planning and Go-To-Market processes for the commercial organization
In addition, you will:
  • Perform data analysis and provide analytic solutions to inform business decisions, drive competitive advantage and facilitate insight generation
  • Support sales leadership in communication and training of sales incentive plans to field based sales incentive eligible employees
  • Provide end-user platform support and training
QualificationsEducation:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Information Management is required
Experience and SkillsRequired:
  • A minimum of 5 years professional work experience
  • Prior work experience in sales incentive administration, as a systems or data analyst, with working knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform and reporting tools (Excel, Qlik/Tableau)
  • Experience clearly and accurately translating business requirements into technical requirements, inputting into Jira (or similar) for IT execution, then testing and validating
  • Seasoned individual contributor, who works independently with minimal supervision, and is proactive
  • Results-oriented, adept at planning, time management and prioritizing multiple demands to meet timelines
  • Detail-oriented, strong data integrity management and analytical skills with the ability to accurately collect, organize, validate, and interpret data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to understand and present complex information clearly and concisely
  • Builds trusting relationships so stakeholders, including senior business leaders, feel supported
  • Team-oriented, collaborates effectively with cross-functional partners
Preferred:
  • Master’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Technology or Business (e.g., MSc, MASc, MEng, MMA, MBA) an asset
  • Knowledge of syndicated data supporting the pharmaceutical industry (IQVIA)
Additional Information:
  • The anticipated base pay range for this position is [$82,250 – 132,250]
  • Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
