- Inputs data into the equipment system, analyzes and reviews data, and ensures data integrity.
- Sets up new assets, updates information and disposes assets across all PCL districts.
- Routes Authorization for Expenditures (AFE)/Authorization for Disposals (AFD) forms through approval matrix.
- Supports and educates districts on time-entry processes.
- Maintains electronic and hard-copy files for assets and customs compliance.
- Creates reports as required.
- Provides reports in support of mid-year and year-end reporting cycles (market valuation, asset budget, rate review).
- Develops and maintains strong, customer-focused relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
- Assist with organizing meetings and or special events including arranging for catering locations and distribution of information as needed.
- Values and models the solution provider and profitability culture.
- Other duties as required.

- Proven self-management skills to plan organize and prioritize tasks with conflicting deadlines and high attention to detail.

- Knowledge of E1 equipment software and other companywide software applications (MS suite, Report Now, etc).

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong customer focus and foster relationships with stakeholders.
