Start: March 2026Join the largest RV dealer network in Canada and build hands-on experience working with RV systems, appliances, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical components.We are hiring an RV Maintenance Technician to prepare rental units so they are fully customer-ready for the season.What You’ll DoInspect recreational vehicles to determine repair and maintenance requirementsPerform comprehensive Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) on rental RVsDiagnose and complete minor repairs involving appliances, plumbing systems, electrical components, carpentry, and basic automotive maintenance (including oil changes)Repair or replace defective or worn parts using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipmentTest and adjust repaired systems to ensure proper functionality and safetyPerform routine preventative maintenance and calibrations as requiredReview work orders and conduct diagnostic assessments to identify larger repair needsWinterize and de-winterize RV unitsAssist with fleet turnaround and vehicle transfersPick up parts and supplies as neededMaintain a clean, safe, and organized workspaceWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in RV repair, automotive, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or general renovation/maintenance workStrong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic troubleshooting skillsValid Class 5 driver’s licenseComfortable driving vehicles up to 30 feetAvailable for rotating Saturdays and peak-season overtimeRV Level 1 Certification is an asset but not requiredWHY JOIN OUR TEAM
