- Define and execute the global Developer Relations strategy, aligning with company goals for product adoption, satisfaction, and business growth.
- Champion a developer-first mindset across the organization, ensuring developer needs are at the heart of product decisions.
- Build and maintain a developer-centric flywheel-content creation, promotion, community engagement, feedback loops, and lighthouse case delivery.
- Oversee engagement with global game developer communities, both online.
- Act as a senior advocate for the developer audience with Product, Engineering, and Technical teams to remove adoption barriers and prioritize impactful improvements.
- Ensure active participation in premier industry events (e.g., GDC, Unite, devcom, Nordic Game, Microsoft Build) and targeted developer gatherings.
- Lead the creation and promotion of high-quality technical content-documentation, tutorials, articles, videos, podcasts-covering both custom and self-service integration scenarios.
- Drive lighthouse integration cases that set the industry benchmark for game commerce excellence.
- Oversee and manage a global team comprised of Development Experience Directors, Developer Evangelists, Community & Integrations leaders, and Developer Marketing leaders. Key responsibilities include driving the development and quality of Lighthouse integrations, ensuring broad reach and high engagement with produced materials, maintaining strong satisfaction ratings, and converting developer engagement into successful integrations.
- Oversee regional strategies for Western, APAC, and Russia/CIS markets, ensuring local presence in the largest and most active game dev ecosystems.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop top talent across all regions to scale developer engagement effectively.
- Define and track KPIs: Number and quality of Lighthouse integrations. Reach, volume, and satisfaction ratings of produced materials. Conversions from developer engagement into integrations.
- Regularly review community feedback, adoption metrics, and engagement results to drive continuous improvement.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, or Technical Evangelism, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep understanding of game development processes, tools, and ecosystems across mobile, PC, and web.
- Strong network in global game developer communities and events.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with experience running global, cross-functional teams.
- Strong storytelling ability-able to inspire developers, partners, and internal stakeholders alike.
- Track record of delivering measurable impact in developer engagement and product adoption.
