With a strong reputation for safety, professionalism, and project execution, they’re now looking to add a Project Coordinator to their dynamic team.This is a great opportunity for someone with around 1 year of experience in civil construction or earthworks who’s eager to gain hands-on project delivery experience with a contractor that’s invested in mentorship and long-term growth.Key Responsibilities:
- Support Project Managers in the coordination and execution of civil construction projects.
- Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, and procurement.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.
- Liaise with site supervisors, clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and project progress.
- Attend site meetings and support project execution from planning through close-out.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- 1+ year of experience in a project coordination or junior project management role within the civil construction or earthworks sector.
- Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management or construction software is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, field-driven environment.
