  • Completion of coursework or training in human resources, business administration or related field
  • Experience providing client service in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment
  • Experience explaining business processes and situations both orally and in writing.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, 365)
  • Experience providing human resource services such as pay, leave and staffing, would be considered an asset
