• Lead the EMBARK training process by collaborating with Key Lake and Project teams to identify workforce training needs, update role-specific training matrices, and validate curricula aligned with operational requirements. Develop a training plan with input from KL teams, ensuring objectives, delivery methods, and compliance standards are clearly defined.
• Coordinate training execution by scheduling sessions, managing training system updates, tracking completion, and maintaining accurate records. Act as the primary liaison with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of EMBARK training.
• Monitor progress by tracking milestones, reporting on readiness status, and escalating risks as needed to maintain alignment with EMBARK timelines and readiness goals.
