Your work will contribute to improved staffing levels, stronger team performance, and ultimately, enhanced patient care.This role collaborates cross functionally with Marketing, Operations, and the Campus team to support recruitment initiatives, employer branding, and talent pipeline development. You will also contribute to tracking recruitment metrics and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.In This Role, You WillSource, interview, and hire dental professionals across your regional portfolio of practicesUtilize diverse sourcing strategies including Boolean searches, social media, networking events, and direct outreachPartner with the various teams to develop and execute targeted recruitment campaignsPrescreen, interview, and assess candidates, providing recommendations and guiding hiring decisionsManage the full cycle recruitment process including offer letters, background checks, and reference checksBuild and maintain relationships with dental associations, post secondary institutions, and industry groups in collaboration with the Campus ManagerAct as a brand ambassador, promoting Dentalcorp’s employer value proposition to attract top talentTrack recruitment metrics and leverage data to drive insights and continuous improvementProvide market insights and talent trends to inform hiring strategiesWhat You’ll Bring3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within both corporate and agency environmentsProven success in high-volume recruitment within a fast-paced settingStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholdersExperience with sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search and social recruitingHigh level of resourcefulness and creativity in solving complex hiring challengesStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesA data-driven mindset with experience tracking and leveraging recruitment metricsExperience collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, HR, or Operations is considered an assetAbout DentalcorpDentalcorp is Canada’s largest and fastest growing network of dental practices, committed to advancing the overall well-being of Canadians by delivering the best clinical outcomes and unforgettable experiences.
