- Work both inbound and outbound leads to target client accounts including opportunities discovery, pipeline building and quota achievement;
- Focusing on acquiring new first time customers that can be developed to become long term customers of Ventions
- Develop existing business opportunities and prospect for new opportunities with new & existing clients;
- Build skills as you become an expert in discovery calls, sales process, qualification methodology, product demonstrations, negotiations and closing;
- Work through a qualified pipeline; including forecasting, nurturing and delivering results consistently;
- Lead the sales process with prospective customers from initial discovery to close and beyond
- Work and communicate closely with Application Engineers to manage the development of projects using our 3D MachineBuilder design tool and MachineLogic simulation tool;
- Collaborate with leadership to develop new strategies to grow the sales pipeline and consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- You bring 2+ years of experience in industrial automation, robotics or manufacturing technology
- You have excellent and fluent communication skills in English, are an active listener and ask intelligent, well thought out questions;
- You are at ease speaking with and presenting to clients and love picking up the phone!
- You have a passion for customer success and the ability to listen and detect client needs;
- You showed the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high energy and enthusiasm; you do not shy away from ambiguity and change
- You have a deep interest in engineering topics and have a genuine curiosity to explore how things work;
- Experience with any sales tools such as : Gong, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, Salesforce, Seismic, is considered an asset.
