You're not just running a site, you're leading people, shaping outcomes, and delivering complex builds that define skylines.As a Senior Site Superintendent, you will take full ownership of field operations on large, complex construction projects (typically $100M+), driving execution from mobilization through to turnover. You're the steady hand onsite, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and team performance are all aligned and moving forward.This is a leadership role where your ability to mentor, coach, and elevate your team is just as critical as your technical expertise.Duties include but are not limited to:

Full oversight of site operations on major construction projects
Execution aligned with drawings, specifications, and contract requirements
Development and management of detailed project schedules
Implementation and enforcement of site safety and HSE programs
Coordination with project managers, consultants, trades, and authorities
Resolution of site challenges while maintaining momentum and quality
Mentorship and performance development of Superintendents and field teams

About YouThe successful candidate will have the following:

10+ years of progressive site supervision experience in ICI construction
Proven track record delivering large, complex builds ($50M-$100M+)
Strong understanding of drawings, specs, contracts, and construction sequencing
A natural leader who builds high-performing teams and strong site culture
Highly organized, decisive, and solutions-oriented
Comfortable using construction management tools and MS Office
Bilingual (English/French) considered an asset
