The Superintendent will be responsible for all site operations. This includes supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring that project plans and schedules are followed, and delivering projects effectively, safely, and within budget.As a Site Superintendent - Mid/High-rise - Ottawa, your responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing daily on‑site operations for mid‑rise/high-rise construction projects in Ottawa.
  • Coordinating with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Monitoring and enforcing all safety regulations, policies, and procedures on site.
  • Ensuring quality control and full compliance with project specifications, drawings, and building codes.
  • Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to keep the project on track.
  • Conducting regular site inspections and addressing issues, deficiencies, or delays promptly.
  • Maintaining clear, consistent, and professional communication with all stakeholders.
  • Preparing and presenting progress reports to senior management.
