- Support the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring spaces are organized, stocked, and running smoothly
- Act as a point of contact for office-related needs and coordinate with vendors when required
- Help maintain a welcoming and well-functioning work environment
- Support onboarding logistics to ensure new hires have a smooth first-day experience
- Coordinate setup and help ensure employees have what they need to get started
- Assist with employee experience initiatives across the office
- Support the planning and execution of internal events (team events, 5 à 7, office moments)
- Help coordinate logistics, vendors, and setup
- Contribute to creating a positive and engaging workplace culture
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the team as needed
- Assist with scheduling, logistics, and day-to-day requests
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, office coordination, events, or similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership of day-to-day tasks
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, in-office environment
- Reliable and responsive, with a strong sense of accountability
