- Develop manufacturing strategies and support their implementation.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Generate detailed plans aligned with master schedules, ensuring communication, tracking, and progress follow-up.
- Develop and implement robust and efficient operational processes.
- Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and director-level operational dashboards.
- Identify major operational issues and propose effective action plans.
- Demonstrate leadership in resolving complex problems.
- Act as a high-level liaison between various operations groups during escalations.
- Coordinate activities with internal teams, partners, external suppliers, and/or customers.
- Support cost control and financial performance monitoring.
- Develop and coach leaders on management competencies.
- Provide indirect supervision during absences or replacements.
- Promote a work environment based on teamwork and open communication.
- You hold a college or university degree in aeronautics, engineering, operations management or a related field.
- You have a minimum of 12 years of experience at Bombardier or equivalent.
- You have at least five (5) years of supervisory experience in a unionized manufacturing environment.
- You demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills to achieve results.
- You show managerial courage when leading personnel.
- You are available, flexible, and motivated by a dynamic and evolving environment.
- You have excellent communication and leadership skills.
- You are bilingual.
