- Support planning and execution of the event portfolio (hosted and sponsored), including large-scale industry events, flagship StackAdapt experiences, and priority sponsorships.
- Execute high-impact field events such as executive dinners, client entertainment, and localized networking activations to drive engagement and pipeline.
- Manage all aspects of event delivery including budgeting, vendor and venue management, contract negotiation, logistics, attendee recruiting, onsite execution, follow up actions and reporting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and venues across Canada
- Design and execute post-event lead nurturing workflows, ensuring a seamless hand-off to the sales team.
- Partner with Marketing Ops and RevOps to ensure accurate attribution, campaign tracking, and performance reporting.
- Use Salesforce and HubSpot (or similar) to manage campaigns, attribution, and reporting.
- 2-5 years of event and/or field marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology, SaaS, adtech, or martech.
- Experience supporting revenue teams across Canadian markets with strong cultural and market awareness.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent programs.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Growth Marketing, and Content teams.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working autonomously in-region.
