Salary: $21.00-$25.00/hourOur client in Edmonton, AB is actively looking for a Payroll And Benefits Administrator to join their team.Payroll Administrator – Key Duties:
- Process and issue employee payroll accurately and on time
- Verify timesheets, hours worked, and overtime calculations
- Calculate wages, deductions, and benefits in accordance with policies and laws
- Maintain accurate payroll records and reports
- Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and local payroll regulations
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with HR and Finance on payroll changes and updates
- Previous payroll processing experience (2+ years preferred)
- Knowledge of payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now)
- Understanding of relevant employment and tax regulations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
