Job Type: 13 Month Contract
Salary: $21.00-$25.00/hourOur client in Edmonton, AB is actively looking for a Payroll And Benefits Administrator to join their team.Payroll Administrator – Key Duties:
  • Process and issue employee payroll accurately and on time
  • Verify timesheets, hours worked, and overtime calculations
  • Calculate wages, deductions, and benefits in accordance with policies and laws
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and reports
  • Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and local payroll regulations
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance on payroll changes and updates
Required Experience & Skills:
  • Previous payroll processing experience (2+ years preferred)
  • Knowledge of payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now)
  • Understanding of relevant employment and tax regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
