- Develop and execute a personal sales strategy to drive new business and expand existing relationships.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their investment goals and delivering high-quality, customized consulting solutions.
- Lead client relationships—facilitating meetings, managing expectations, and ensuring the delivery of strategic recommendations.
- Educate and guide clients through complex investment decisions, leveraging current trends and market insights.
- Stay on top of industry developments, regulatory changes, and investment innovations that may affect client outcomes.
- Mentor and support colleagues, sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
- Cross-sell HUB services by identifying opportunities for clients to benefit from additional lines of business.
- Prospect and build a robust sales funnel using your network, research, and outreach efforts.
- Accurately maintain client and sales activity records in our CORE sales system.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting (or equivalent experience)
- Professional designation preferred: CFA, CIPM (or working toward designation)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in investment consulting, with exposure to complex institutional products
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills — confident speaking to senior stakeholders and large groups
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Passion for client service and a track record of delivering value-added insights and results
- Solid understanding of institutional investment vehicles and industry terminology
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Must hold a valid Ontario Driver’s License and be able to travel to client meetings as required
