- Overseeing project processes and procedures; monitoring the productivity and performance of project team.
- Managing all aspects of projects. Setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of project.
- Ensuring adherence to project schedules and completion of project goals.
- Preparing reports for upper management regarding status of project.
- 5 years of proven experience in managing complex projects
- 2-3 years of corporate real estate knowledge – familiarity with design, renovation and relocation projects
- Experience in managing external vendors and contractors to ensure timelines and requirements are met
- 2-3 years of strong stakeholder/relationship Management – strong communication skills (via email, presentations) and work effectively with stakeholders across various levels
- RBC Corporate Real Estate knowledge
- Certification in Project management
- Knowledge of facilities management and operations
