
Territory Sales Manager (MB & Southeastern SK)

- Developing strong, productive relationships with all dealerships
- Advising and providing feedback to corporate leadership on trends in the industry
- Working with dealers and customers to lead product start-ups at time of first use
- Training and assisting dealer sales representatives on product, pricing, and orders
- Spearheading participation in trade shows, demonstrations and customer clinics
- Resolving dealer concerns, problems and frustrations as they arise
- Assisting the service department in resolving customer complaints
- Degree/diploma in agriculture, agribusiness, business, or agricultural/mechanical engineering
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and recommend innovative ideas and solutions
- Readily able to establish and develop strategic relationships and partnerships
- Superior written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills
- Sound leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to influence people and manage projects
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Familiarity with Bourgault products, along with technical aptitude & experience with precision ag systems/monitors is a strong asset
- Willing to work from a home office, located within or near your assigned sales territory (Manitoba/Southeast Saskatchewan)
- Willing to travel (on average, 75% of time is spent traveling)
