This leader will ensure operational excellence, SLA adherence, and seamless delivery during high-demand periods. The role also focuses on scaling operations through process optimization, automation, and leadership development.This opportunity is ideal for a proven leader who thrives in fast-paced, SLA-bound environments and is passionate about developing high-performing teams while driving innovation in content delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead and inspire a 50+ person global content operations team, ensuring balanced workloads and seamless shift coverage across multiple time zones.Oversee SLA-driven intake, triage, and publishing of time-sensitive content with a focus on accuracy and speed.Anticipate and manage seasonal surges tied to earnings cycles and regulatory deadlines.Implement QA processes, documentation standards, and governance to maintain consistent quality.Drive operational efficiencies through automation, tooling, and continuous process improvement.Mentor and develop team leads and managers, building a strong leadership pipeline.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth workflows and exceptional client experiences.Monitor and report on KPIs including SLA compliance, turnaround times, and error rates.Required Skills and Attributes:Proven leadership experience managing large, geographically distributed teams in SLA bound environments.Expertise in content management systems, publishing workflows, and QA methodologies.Experience leveraging automation and AI to improve operational performance.Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive under tight deadlines.Skilled at building high-performing, motivated teams and developing future leaders.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Qualifications:8+ years in digital production, web operations, or content services, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role.Experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments.Strong understanding of operational KPIs and workforce planning.Working Conditions:
This position may require occasional non-business hours to support critical deadlines and high-demand periods.
