- Answer and direct phone calls
- Greet and assist visitors
- Monitor building gates and provide access to approved visitors and vendors
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with vendors for building maintenance
- Monitor emails and respond to general inquiries
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain clean and organized office and boardroom spaces
- Track and manage office supplies
- Update posted materials around the building
- Provide general administrative support across departments
- Valid Driver’s License
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
- Professional, engaging personality
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a supportive team
- Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and PDF
- A reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to your work
