- Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
- Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the organization’s business objectives
- Oversee the performance management programs and establish links to succession planning
- Develop and implement process reviews and updates to ensure continuous improvement and compliance
- Support the assessment of the learning and development programs to ensure the organization has access to the talent it needs to continue to grow
- Labour relations, including bargaining
- Ensure policies and procedures result in organizational compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Involvement in the employee engagement survey and initiatives to support continued positive work environment
- Staying up to date with changes in labor laws and regulations and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
- Exceptional client management and relationship-building skills
