We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Laundry Attendant to support our housekeeping operations and ensure all laundry services run smoothly.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in cleanliness, and wants to be part of a supportive hotel team.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness and organization of laundry area and equipment.Sort, wash, dry, fold, and inventory linens and uniforms efficiently.Adhere to safety protocols and PPE requirements at all times.Operate washing and folding machines following safety guidelines.Monitor load quality and report any fabric damage or shortages.Support cross-functional teams to meet daily target KPIs and deadlines.Communicate daily progress and blockers to supervisor for visibility.Maintain accurate records of laundry cycles, usage, and stock levels.Assist with inventory management and replenishment of laundry supplies.Proactively identify process improvement opportunities to reduce cycle times.Uphold a respectful, collaborative attitude within a high-visibility environment.Participate in professional development activities to progress within the company.QualificationsPrevious laundry or housekeeping experience is an assetAbility to operate laundry machines and equipment (training provided if needed)Strong attention to detail and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable, punctual, and hardworking attitudeBasic communication skillsPhysical RequirementsStanding for long periods of timeFrequent lifting, carrying, and pushing laundry cartsAbility to lift up to 40–50 lbsRepetitive hand and arm movementsAdditional RequirementsMust be legally eligible to work in CanadaAvailable for flexible shifts including weekends and holidaysWe are committed to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace.
