- Assist Sales Managers in preparing for materials for training, sales recruiting, job fairs, sales meetings, and any sales related event planning.
- Maintaining cemetery records according to company policies and procedures
- Assisting sales advisors with contract processing.
- Provide assistance with daily tasks relating to Sales Advisors productivity with memorialization, family follow up and other related items.
- Providing superior customer service to families
- All general administrative and clerical duties required by the Sales team
- Proficient computer skills, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- HMIS and Salesforce experience an asset
- Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
- Requires the ability to deal with confidential information
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Professional telephone manner and commitment to excellence in customer service
- 3-5 years of administrative experience
- $28-34/hr
