- Provide sales performance coaching to franchise partners and sales teams, focusing on conversion rates, closing techniques, and customer experience.
- Deliver estimating training to ensure accuracy in pricing, profitability, and competitive positioning.
- Lead development of in-home sales presentations and strategies to increase conversion and customer trust.
- Implement and monitor CRM usage for tracking leads, pipeline, and sales performance metrics.
- Develop and share lead conversion strategies across locations to improve consistency and results.
- Identify and promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue per project.
- Partner with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless alignment between estimating, sales, and project execution.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales coaching, sales management, or estimating training (construction/home improvement industry experience strongly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, pricing models, and profit margin calculations.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver training and coaching to teams or individuals.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven sales tracking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Strong analytical mindset for reviewing estimates, pricing strategies, and performance metrics.
- Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
