- Provide primary support for Regional Managers and Territory Managers (Field Sales Team)
- Assist Field Sales Team in quoting price and delivery of manufactured products
- Processing dealer orders
- Handling phone calls and emails from dealers, sales people etc.
- Inside sales support, including delivery confirmations and technical questions etc.
- Asist Field Sales Team in locating inventory to fill retail orders
- Provide advice and support to Field Sales Team in determining specifications to meet dealer and customer requirements
- Provide information on product feature and benefits to Field Sales Team as required.
- Manage sales, product, and training information on the network for the Field Sales Team to access as required.
- Assist the Field Sales Team by providing strong dealer support and quick response times to issues and opportunities
- Ensure Field Sales Team are knowledgeable on details of order programs and respond to sales program queries
- Other duties as required
