Brandt is currently seeking a highly organized Order Desk Representative to provide a high caliber of sales support for our Field Sales Team. The Order Desk Representative plays a crucial role in facilitating inventory availability, providing product configuration expertise, and acts as a liaison between factory Order Fulfillment and the Field Sales Teams. The primary focus is to ensure that Brandt and its dealers are able to provide the right equipment solutions to meet or exceed the expectations of our customers.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide primary support for Regional Managers and Territory Managers (Field Sales Team)
  • Assist Field Sales Team in quoting price and delivery of manufactured products
  • Processing dealer orders
  • Handling phone calls and emails from dealers, sales people etc.
  • Inside sales support, including delivery confirmations and technical questions etc.
  • Asist Field Sales Team in locating inventory to fill retail orders
  • Provide advice and support to Field Sales Team in determining specifications to meet dealer and customer requirements
  • Provide information on product feature and benefits to Field Sales Team as required.
  • Manage sales, product, and training information on the network for the Field Sales Team to access as required.
  • Assist the Field Sales Team by providing strong dealer support and quick response times to issues and opportunities
  • Ensure Field Sales Team are knowledgeable on details of order programs and respond to sales program queries
  • Other duties as required

Required Experience
  • Experience with construction equipment and a strong understanding of attachments is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in taking orders over the phone and entering into a computer system.
  • High school diploma or GED, or an acceptable combination of education and experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem solving and organizational skills
  • Must be a team player and used to working at a steady pace
