
Executive Assistant - consulting firm - hybride

- Plan and manage travel arrangements, process expense reports and submit time sheets for multiple leaders;
- Manage multiple Outlook calendars for leaders with tight schedules. Negotiate time on calendars and reschedule appointments as scheduling conflicts occur;
- Greet and escort visitors to meetings; arrange for visitor access to the building through security;
- Process incoming and outgoing domestic and international mail and packages, including same-day courier service;
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires;
- Responsible for conference room management, meeting and event planning;
- Data entry and formatting assistance with weekly staff schedule;
- Print & bind internal presentations & documents;
- Work with offsite IT support on behalf of executives;
- Cooperate with other internal staff in TAG to ensure adequate coverage during vacations;
- Will be responsible for additional duties as necessary.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, or similar relevant experience;
- Proficient with computer tools, and able to adapt to new technology;
- Strong ability to handle tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage competing priorities;
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, providing outstanding customer service to senior leadership;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, demonstrating strong computer and calendar management skills;
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented with a proven track record of follow-through.
