Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)Position Summary:As a Commercial Solutions Specialist, you will manage and coordinate the commercial aspects of project orders for Eaton's Canadian operations. This includes maintaining project integrity, managing communications, and ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
  • Review customer purchase orders and ensure commercial integrity.
  • Conduct monthly project reviews and maintain system data accuracy.
  • Manage financial controls and ensure compliance.
  • Review technical specifications and liaise with plant engineers.
  • Provide technical clarifications and support.
  • Communicate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee multiple project orders and distributor branches.
  • Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
Qualifications:Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant Diploma
  • 1-2 years of experience in commercial project management
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in English (French bilingual preferred)
Preferred:
  • Experience in the electrical industry or related field
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Cloud applications
  • Client-first mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
