Type: Full TimePosition Overview:We are a local Hamilton Insurance Office looking to grow our Commercial & Life Insurance Business.We are looking for an individiaul who is passionate & motivated to work hard. High energy individual who enjoys working with clients, Offering an exemplary client experience.This position offers a Base salary + Commisions & Bonus structure upon meeting monthly/yearly targets. The role is targeted towards Life Insurance, Living Benefits and Commercial Insurance.Responsibilities:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Assess clients needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Ability to meet monthly targets as set out by Agent and individual
- Knowledge of Life Insurance & Living Benefit products, ideally holding your LLQP licence or ability to obtain within 1-2 months.
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Dedicated to customer service
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- Property & Casualty license OTL for Commercial Sales (preferred/must be able to obtain)
