Our team values thoughtful execution, strong collaboration, and a commitment to building efficient, future-ready systems.This is an opportunity to join a company at an important stage of growth, where you will have significant influence over foundational frameworks and long-term strategy.Role Overview:We are seeking a Compliance Leader to design, implement, and oversee a comprehensive compliance program within a dynamic and evolving regulatory landscape.This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on oversight, requiring a balance of regulatory expertise, risk management discipline, and a systems-oriented mindset. The successful candidate will play a central role in strengthening internal controls while enabling sustainable business growth.Reporting to senior leadership, this position includes responsibility for managing a small, high-performing team.Key Responsibilities:Program Leadership
Develop and maintain a scalable compliance framework aligned with applicable regulatory expectations
Oversee core compliance operations, including reporting, screening, and due diligence processes
Establish clear protocols for risk identification, escalation, and resolution
Risk & Controls
Design and refine risk assessment methodologies
Oversee monitoring systems and ensure effective calibration and performance
Continuously improve efficiency and accuracy in control processes
Regulatory Engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory interactions and external reviews
Lead audits, examinations, and information requests
Maintain strong documentation and evidence standards
Systems & Process Optimization
Collaborate cross-functionally to embed controls into systems and workflows
Evaluate and manage external tools and service providers
Enhance automation, reporting, and data visibility
Governance & Reporting
Provide structured updates and insights to senior leadership
Identify emerging risks and recommend proactive solutions
Promote consistency and accountability across the functionQualifications:Required:7+ years of experience in compliance leadership within a regulated industry
Demonstrated experience managing regulatory interactions and audits
Strong understanding of risk management and control frameworks
Preferred
Experience building or transforming compliance programs
Familiarity with technology-enabled monitoring or control systems
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CAMS, CFCS, or similar)Leadership Profile

Exercises sound, defensible judgment in complex situations
Maintains objectivity and independence in decision-making
Communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Drives a culture of discipline, clarity, and continuous improvement
