To comply with all the procedures and workmanship standards relevant to the production of the product, including first and last off, and in-process quality checks
Start machine, monitor their operations and record operational data as required
Follows inspection process to comply with customer and company requirements and produces pieces within tolerance
Maintains focus on productivity and maximizing uptime
Address problems and make/implement solutions to improve efficiencies, process and product flow, safety and quality
Work with supervisors and leadhands on day-to-day issuesRequirements:Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
Ability to work individually but be a team player
Strong attendance record
Attention to detail
Ability to utilize and interpret inspection gauges and equipment
Must be able to lift 35 pounds
