- Minimum five years experience in a Food and Beverage operation.
- Serving it Right.
- Excellent knowledge of Food, Wine & Service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of point of sales system/Food and Beverage systems.
- Current Food Safe Certificate.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation of assigned SPR Food & Beverage Outlet.
- Responsible for training, scheduling, safety, motivating and management of staff.
- Resolve customer complaints with prompt follow up.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and that the work environment is kept in a safe and sanitary condition.
- Under the assistance of the Food and Beverage staff and keyholders, assist in monthly inventory.
- Managing stock levels and creating weekly/daily inventories.
