The candidate must have the following qualifications to be retained for an internal process:
  • 5-8 years of experience working in an IAM-related team, showing a clear career progression in capabilities and responsibilities
  • 3-5 years of experience in Information Security organizations
  • 3-5 years of hands-on technical experience deploying, maintaining, and supporting SailPoint IIQ
  • 2-4 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages such as Java, Beanshell, JavaScript, PowerShell or Python
Atouts :
  • Experience building ServiceNow workflows and applications and in designing & maintaining ServiceNow Service Portals
  • Knowledge of software development practices and concepts.
  • Experience in the Cyber Security field
  • SailPoint IIQ Certified Administrator
  • SailPoint IIQ Certified Engineer
Langue: Bilingue Anglais et FrançaisJob description:We are looking for an IAM technical expert specialized in SailPoint IIQ to join the Identity and Access Management solutions team. You will be part of a team that leads the design, development, implementation, and support of identity (IAM/IDM) technologies, processes, and workflows within the enterprise.
On a day-to-day basis, the role focuses on supporting the SailPoint IIQ platform and actively participating in the development, testing, design and enhancement of the overall Access Management programResponsabilities:
  • Design and deploy enhancements and new feature in SailPoint IIQ.
  • Recommend approaches to streamline and automate IAM processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyse recurring issues in SailPoint and help in the resolution of documented problems
  • Work with the key stakeholders to design and develop additional process/workflow automation.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Define all automation, testing, and defect management activities within JIRA
  • Document all functionalities and processes withing Confluence.
