- Create packaged offerings across telecom/banking/retail/insurance, with clear emphasis on telecom modernization
- Produce IP that accelerates selling and delivery:
- packaged solution blueprints, reference architectures, delivery playbooks
- demo kits and reusable accelerators
- proposal assets that reduce time-to-proposal and increase credibility
- packaging and pricing suggestions where relevant
- Ensure offerings are repeatable, scalable, differentiated, and technically defensible
- Partner with practice leadership to shape the offering roadmap and prioritization
- Run discovery sessions and workshops; convert client needs into structured solution designs
- Translate requirements into solution concepts, reference architectures, and demo narratives
- Define scope boundaries clearly and align architecture to business outcomes
- Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, proposals, technical validations, and PoCs where needed
- Be effective in high-stakes client conversations: handle objections and move from executive story to deep technical design in the same meeting
- Standardize technical estimation frameworks, assumptions, and delivery models
- Validate effort, risk, and complexity to ensure pricing is commercially viable
- Reduce estimation variance across deals and protect gross margin integrity
- Act as a quality gate to ensure we sell what we can deliver
- Technology Modernization
- Product catalog + offer management
- Adobe-based digital experience integrations
- Build reusable demo environments and “demo-in-a-box” kits that speed up sales cycles
- Ensure solution coherence across Data & AI, Cloud, Application modernization
- Identify integration risks early; avoid siloed solutioning
- Contribute to architecture reviews and quality gates for offerings and major pursuits
- Capture reusable components post-delivery and feed improvements back into offering design
- Provide HLD-level clarity that reduces delivery risk:
- HLD documentation, key non-functional requirements, and architectural guardrails
- WBS inputs and developer task breakdown guidance where needed
- Ensure what is sold is implementable and set up for successful execution
- Confident across telecom OSS/BSS and enterprise modernization conversations; able to extend into banking/retail/insurance without getting lost in buzzwords
- Strong consulting instincts: structured thinking, executive communication, presentation maturity, independent ownership
- Commercially aware: can balance technical ambition with delivery reality and margin constraints
- Hands-on enough to be credible with engineers and decisive enough to drive client outcome
- Proven experience in professional services / technology consulting
- Demonstrated success in presales solution shaping: discovery → solution design → proposal → close support
- Experience building repeatable offerings (not only one-off project architectures)
- North American enterprise pursuit experience preferred
- Technical (Must-Have)
- Solution architecture on Azure and/or GCP, including security/IAM, observability, data flows, and integration strategy
- Fluency in Kafka and event-driven architecture (topics, schema/versioning, replay, idempotency, monitoring)
- Strong in Java
- Working knowledge of Node.js and Angular for full-stack solution shaping
- Modern enterprise AI patterns: RAG, evaluation, governance, and safe rollout tradeoffs
- Telecom modernization reference experience (eSIM, call center modernization, product catalog/offer management)
- Offer management / CPQ concepts
- Adobe ecosystem familiarity and MarTech/digital experience integrations
- Banking/insurance/retail: onboarding, customer service transformation, payments/eCommerce
