Job Title: Ariba Support AnalystLocation: Calgary, AB (Hybrid)Our client is seeking an Ariba Support Analyst to join their team. As an Ariba Support Analyst, you will be part of the Procurement Operations team supporting sourcing and Source-to-Pay (S2P) activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Description:
  • Monitor and triage support requests related to SAP Ariba, ensuring timely resolution of user issues.
  • Provide functional and administrative support for SAP Ariba sourcing and procurement workflows.
  • Collaborate with procurement, accounts payable, master data, and other teams to diagnose and resolve system and process issues.
  • Support user provisioning, deprovisioning, and role updates, ensuring compliance with segregation-of-duties requirements.
  • Assist with troubleshooting sourcing events, supplier access, publishing errors, and system configurations to promote best practices and process standards.
Qualifications:
  • University degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with 1-3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and professional development.
  • Hands-on experience supporting SAP Ariba, especially sourcing or supplier enablement.
  • Knowledge of procurement operations, S2P processes, and ERP procurement concepts.
  • Experience working within Tier 1/Tier 2 support models, including intake, triage, and escalation procedures.
  • Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
