- Provide application support to business units in an effective and efficient manner with the use of proven troubleshooting methods and techniques. This may include hands-on support of computer and AV hardware, as needed.
- Record, track, document, and escalate end user issues using ITIL processes and incident management software. Monitor issues for trends and escalate as appropriate.
- Document and conduct technical testing for problems, resolutions, patches, and upgrades with IT team and vendors.
- Other duties as required
- Student in Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering or Business Analysis
- Strong customer service focus
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven interpersonal, teamwork, and relationship building skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of ITIL processes especially incident and problem management
- Working knowledge of current Web technologies such as SQL, GITHub, DevOps
- Highly self-motivated with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Salary: $20.00 per hour
