- Is early in their career and looking to build strong marketing and project coordination skills
- Coordinate and manage marketing deliverables across a portfolio of restaurants, supporting both ongoing initiatives and key seasonal campaigns (e.g. holiday programming, seasonal prix fixe menus, special events)
- Maintain and oversee project timelines within our project management tool, ensuring all tasks are clearly assigned, tracked, and completed on schedule
- Help break down marketing plans into clear next steps and to-do lists, assigning deliverables across internal team members and external partners
- Proactively follow up on outstanding tasks, flag bottlenecks, and keep projects moving forward across multiple concurrent priorities
- Support campaign rollouts from brief to execution, ensuring all components (creative, digital, print, listings, etc.) are aligned and delivered
- Coordinate site visits, installations, and on-site execution of marketing initiatives as required
- Conduct regular audits (online and in-venue) to ensure accuracy and consistency across all touchpoints
- Provide administrative and on-site support as needed
- Collaborate with restaurants to ensure all marketing materials are current, accurate, and well stocked
- Coordinate reprints and updates of materials such as menus, promotional collateral, and in-restaurant assets
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date archive of all creative assets
- Track and manage print and creative specifications across projects
- Maintain and update a centralized list of vendors and suppliers
- Coordinate printing and production logistics, including gathering quotes and confirming specifications
- Track project expenses and ensure invoices are submitted and filed accurately
- Conduct competitor and market research to support campaign planning
- Assist in compiling post-campaign reports and performance summaries
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail-you are meticulous and take pride in seeing things through
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines simultaneously
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Comfort working within project management tools and structured workflows
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- A proactive mindset with the ability to ask questions and problem-solve
- A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively within a team
- Familiarity with marketing fundamentals; hospitality experience is considered an asset
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- A sense of humour
