- Assist senior staff (C-suite executives, directors, and other leaders) with calendar management, meeting and presentation preparation, correspondence, expense reporting, and travel arrangements.
- Handle sensitive and confidential documents, files, records, and contact information with discretion.
- Organize board meetings, including preparing and distributing relevant documentation.
- Coordinate business and personal events as required.
- Provide general administrative support across various functions.
- Support administrative staff as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Successfully complete a criminal and credit check.
- A track record of building positive relationships.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in an Executive Assistant role is required.
- Confident, poised, and professional.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and organization.
- Energetic and positive demeanour, takes pride in getting the job done.
- Exceptional relationship building skills.
- Flexible and adaptable in nature, able to shift and manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, able to anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise
- Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion.

- Temporary employees are payrolled weekly via direct deposit.
- Day shifts
- Monday - Friday
- Up to 40 hours per week
- Part time opportunities available - 1-3 days per week
- This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
