Location: Vancouver, British ColumbiaWhat you will be doing:Develop and maintain productive relationships with our clients.Stay informed of general and business developments / practices and their impact on our clients.Preparation of working papers and appropriate support for completion of financial statements on files.Preparation of corporate tax returns and advising on regulatory filings.Compilation of information for personal tax returns.Prepare federal and provincial sales and information returns for all types of entities.Comfortable working in a paperless environment.What you must have:CPA designation.5+ years public accounting experience, including financial statement and corporate tax preparation.Previous experience working with CaseWare/CaseView, Word and Excel is essential, familiarity with TaxPrep and various accounting packages is desirable.Knowledge of multiple industries and investment holding companies an asset.Ability to work on multiple engagements at the same time.Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.Proven abilities in the areas of accounting, assurance and tax compliance services.Sound decision-making ability and professional judgment.Works effectively, independently and in a team environment.Salary/Rate Range: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00Thank you for your interest in this opportunity.
