positions. This role partners with Sales Hiring Managers to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a steady pipeline of talent to meet business growth goals. The Associate will focus on standardized, high-frequency hiring while adhering to established branding and legislative guidelines.Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Pipeline Management: Proactively source, build, and maintain candidate
channels. * Screening & Selection: Conduct high-volume phone screenings and preliminaryinterviews to assess candidate suitability and "sales DNA" before submitting to Hiring Managers. * Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with Sales Managers and HRBPs tounderstand headcount needs, set expectations for candidate profiles, and schedule
interviews. * Onboarding & Administration: Coordinate new hire documentation, submitpayroll/IT requests, and maintain communication with candidates prior to their start
date. * Branding & Sourcing: Create compelling sales job postings that adhere to Canonbranding and utilize specific sourcing channels to reach sales professionals. * Reporting: Generate weekly recruitment status reports for sales leadership to trackprogress against hiring targets.To Succeed, You Will Need
- Fluency in French and English
- Post Secondary education in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to effectively write attractive job descriptions when sourcing resumes to obtain an adequate number of quality results
- Substantial project and process management skills to manage the requisition process from start to finish
- Intermediate analytical skills to pull and analyze data in the Applicant Tracking System
- Intermediate time management to balance around 20 open requisitions and the needs and requests of hiring managers and candidates
- We offer a Hybrid work schedule. You will be in the office Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays each week, and can work from home for the remainder of the week (subject to specific business needs requiring office attendance)

The base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
- Compensation Range: $58,700-$65,000 annually.
