Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field Registered Professional Planner (RPP) or Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) Certification or equivalent 10+ years of relevant planning/engineering experience, including leadership in developing and implementing transportation solutions related to sustainable programs Recognized expert in strategic planning, public transportation systems, and travel forecasting Proven success on various-sized projects, including effective direction of project teams for project execution Strategic problem-solving skills and advanced technical knowledge in transportation planning/engineering Strong professional consulting skills, including project management, client relationship management, and commercial acumen at senior management levels Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver professional presentations Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines concurrently Experience leading multi-modal transportation master plans for municipal clients Experience winning and leading mid-to-major-sized projects Understanding of Ontario public and private sector client needs and policies
