You take pride in maintaining order, anticipating next steps, and supporting both ongoing operations and ad‑hoc initiatives with precision and accountability.In this role, you willManage Dentalcorp’s lease renewal tracker to ensure key dates and deliverables are met, including extraction of key information from the lease database (Visual Lease)Coordinate with leasing and legal teams on the drafting and execution of LOI’s, leases, lease amendments, renewal notice letters, and other lease-related documentationCollection of post-acquisition documentationCoordination of monthly lease renewal meetings and delivery of subsequent renewal notice lettersManage landlord insurance certificate requestsParticipate in hosting and managing weekly Real Estate Team meetingsSupport with ad hoc property and landlord disputesSupport the lease administration team with lease database updates, rental payment inquiries and disputesSupport leasing team with ad-hoc projects, as requiredWhat we’re looking forMinimum 2 years in a corporate real estate role, preferably with a large, national tenant and/or landlordBachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Commerce or other relevant degreeExperience reviewing and interpreting complex lease documentsExcellent time-management, organizational, and administration skills with a high-level of attention to detailProfessional demeanour and outstanding verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize multiple demands independentlyBilingual English/French would be an assetAbout DentalcorpDentalcorp is Canada’s largest and fastest growing network of dental practices, committed to advancing the overall well-being of Canadians by delivering the best clinical outcomes and unforgettable experiences. dentalcorp acquires leading dental practices, uniting its network in a common goal: to be Canada’s most trusted healthcare network.
