Dream Unlimited is currently looking for a Coordinator, Residential Leasing and Operations responsible for providing day to day administrative support the Operations and Leasing teams.Who are you?There’s a lot happening at Dream, and it’s happening fast. This is an opportunity for you to take on responsibilities, build on your already strong skill set and help your team achieve its goals, all in a work environment that is fast-paced, dynamic and fun.What will you do?Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role.
  • Conduct monthly/quarterly market surveys and/or mystery shops, analyze and store data, and provide report on campaigns;
  • Analyze vacancy, traffic and leasing on a weekly/monthly basis and suggest recommendations, ensure branding and customer experience is consistent;
  • Coordinate and oversee all advertising listings, including content on websites, ensuring that pricing, incentives, and content are current;
  • Maintain, coordinate, and execute the sales & leasing strategy for each building in the portfolio including Under Performing Asset Plans;
  • Performs regular site visits to ensure branding and communication is consistent across the portfolio;
  • Coordinating and executing sales and leasing oriented events, including open houses and launch resident events;
  • Engage with third party suppliers to negotiate pricing, organize production;
  • Working closely with: Digital, Social, web, print, PR & events;
  • Oversee and participate in all marketing activities of the department; and serve as a key member of management of the department;
  • The successful candidate understands the value of working in the office, full time and closely with their team;
  • Preparation of accurate & timely reports;
  • Coordinate all marketing materials as related to leasing initiatives and strategies, including signage, hoarding, posters and other promotional materials; and
  • Any other administrative tasks to support the operations team, as required.
What type of experience and skills do you have?These are only some of the things we’d like you to bring to the table:
  • A post-secondary diploma or degree in Marketing, Administration or Business or a related field is an asset.
  • Ideal if you have 3+ years related experience with exposure to marketing, administration, residential real estate, and leasing.
  • Previous experience in multi-residential or other related industry would be an asset.
  • Experience with internet listing service sites marketing is an asset.
  • Strong computer application skills with proven proficiency in Yardi, Adobe and MS Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • We expect you to be proactive and have creative problem-solving skills.
  • Event planning experience is an asset.

Join us and make a difference.Total Rewards @DreamThis is a regular, full-time position with a base salary range of $65,000-$83,000. In addition to base salary, the role is eligible for a performance-based bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, which includes paid vacation and personal days, flexible benefits, mental health resources, access to perks and discounts, professional development support, and team-building and social events.Compensation is determined based on several factors, including relevant experience, total years of experience, industry experience, education, and professional designations. We recognize that exceptional talent doesn’t always fit neatly into a bracket. Final compensation will be tailored to your specific experience, skills and the unique value you bring to the table.
