To meet the demands of a constantly evolving market, we are looking for someone who can provide our guests with an innovative, unique, and memorable experience.Main tasksWarmly welcome and greet guests upon arrival and departure.Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.Provide information about the hotel and its services.Respond to guest requests efficiently and courteously.Make reservations (restaurants, shows, excursions, taxis, etc.).Offer local recommendations (places to visit, events, good spots).Organize personalized services (flowers, surprises, tour guides, etc.).Handle guest complaints or issues and find quick solutions.Coordinate with other hotel services (reception, housekeeping, room service).Maintain updated contacts and local partnerships (taxis, agencies, restaurants, etc.).Manage the arrival, reception, and personalized follow-up of VIP guests.Qualifications and skills

Elegant, smiling, and refined individual
Good knowledge of the restaurant industry

Ability to work under pressure
