Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders providing strategic HR guidance to support business objectives and drive organizational success.Talent Management:
Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, talent development, and retention strategies, ensuring the right talent is in place to meet current and future business needs.Organizational Development:
Partner with leaders to design and implement organizational structures that promote agility, scalability, and innovation. Drive change management initiatives and support the evolution of the organization's culture.Employee Engagement:
Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement, ensuring a positive work environment where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated to achieve their best work.Performance Management:
Oversee the performance management process for the Technology, Product, and Operations teams, providing guidance on goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans. Foster a culture of continuous feedback and development.HR Programs and Initiatives:
Implement HR programs and initiatives that align with the company's strategic priorities, such as diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and employee well-being.Data-Driven Decision Making:
Utilize HR analytics and metrics to drive data-informed decisions, identify trends, and develop proactive solutions to address challenges within the Technology, Product, and Operations functions.Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Stay current with industry best practices and trends, integrating them into the HR strategy where applicable.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with the broader HR team and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of HR strategies and initiatives across the organization.Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role.
- Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive business outcomes through effective HR strategies.
- Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Experience in a technology-driven or innovative environment is highly desirable.
