The OpportunityBanff Centre is in search of a Program Manager who will be responsible for the project management of an assigned portfolio of projects primarily related to Cultural Leadership program delivery.The portfolio is one of Banff Centre’s three core leadership areas—alongside Indigenous Leadership and Convening—and is designed for those ready to lead with vision, courage, and creativity. Banff Centre has recently launched a new slate of short, six‑day Cultural Leadership programs shaped through consultations with the arts, cultural, and creative sectors. These programs support emerging and experienced cultural leaders—including artists, administrators, policymakers, creative producers, educators, and community‑based practitioners from across Canada and internationally.A key measure of success is the ability to transform the director’s vision into a practical, executable program that aligns with the realities of Banff Centre’s facilities, geographic location, and available staff resources.This position will be charged with the project management, implementation, and quality control of assigned programs and events in alignment with a strong project management approach that supports the delivery of high-quality programs.
